ForHousing – New Framework Appointment
Delap & Waller have recently been appointed to the ForHousing Consultancy Services Framework, providing Mechanical and Electrical engineering services for both new build residential projects and refurbishment programmes for their existing stock.
ForHousing, which is part of the ForViva Group along with Liberty and ForLiving, owns and manages more than 24,000 homes across the north west of England and aims to positively impact the lives of its tenants and provide excellent services that matter to the community they live in.
