How we help our
clients
Ensuring buildings are socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable has never been more urgent. Designing sustainable buildings demands an indepth understanding of building and site specific considerations. Getting it right means gathering accurate data and using it to make your design decisions. When your project requires NZEB, LEED or BREEAM certification you need engineering partners who understand those extra requirements. If you want to meet and exceed sustainability targets for your next construction project we can help.
From solar studies to thermal modelling and other simulations, we can design the most sustainable systems. Delap and Waller are accredited low carbon designers experienced in passive building architecture. We’ve applied our knowledge of renewable energy and sustainability to all sorts of buildings: commercial, hospitality, retail and mixed use. Healthcare, education and manufacturing construction projects have also benefitted from our support. Our projects include buildings with LEED Platinum and Gold Certification and BREEAM Excellence awards. When you have the right specialist design help, you can construct a low energy building with fewer building service systems. We’re members of the Irish Green Building Council and the Energy Institute. ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System accredited.
Delap & Waller sustainability team are experienced to deliver the following services:
- SBEM Calculations Level 3, 4 & 5
