Blanchardstown IT Admin Building

The project involved a new purpose-built Administration building occupying approximately 1,800 sq metres at its campus on Blanchardstown Road North. Delap & Waller were part of the design team and carried out the mechanical and electrical design and inspection of the installation. The building works incorporated an open plan office space, private offices, meeting rooms, board rooms, a reception and foyer area, associated plant and circulation spaces and all associated site works.

The SEAI’s Excellence in Energy Efficiency Design (EXEED) programme was utilised on the project which ensured a systematic approach to design, construction, and commissioning processes.
