Chichester House – Belfast
Delap & Waller were appointed to design M&E Services for this bold and innovative redevelopment project in the heart of Belfast.
The existing building (former Londonderry House) is a multi-storey office building which has been extensively refurbished internally and externally.
Additional accommodation has been added by the construction of two additional floors to provide reception, back of the house and rental accommodation on the ground floor with open plan office accommodation on first, second, third, fourth, fifth, six, seventh and eighth floors. Ultimately this provides 46,000 sq ft of Grade A+ Office space and 5,000 sq ft of Retail accommodation.
