Citi Bank Commercial Headquarters
New Development Of Offices
The Citi office building has a floor area of 360,000 ft2 and is one of the largest single office buildings ever to be constructed in Ireland.
The building is six floors over a basement car park and accommodates over two thousand cars.
The buildings design incorporates landscaped feature atria which allow natural light into all parts of the building. The site occupies an important river frontage position in the extended International Financial Services Centre and the external southern glazed elevation provides stunning waterfront views of the River Liffey.
The design aim was to create a bright modern working environment for the Citi staff, achieved by arranging the floor plates around two full height, internal landscaped atria, thereby permitting views to natural daylight from all areas.
