Connolly Station Masterplan, Dublin

Delap & Waller were appointed by Iarnród Éireann New Works department to design the M&E engineering works for the ‘Connolly Masterplan’ project. This project involved the relocation of all staff accommodation located in Connolly station public carpark and adjacent compounds to new staff accommodation buildings proposed at Connolly, Fairview and M3 Parkway station Dunboyne Co. Meath. The project also included the diversion/decommissioning of all overhead and underground services in addition to Telecoms masts.
