Elms Field – Wokingham

Delap & Waller were appointed as M&E Services Engineers to be part of the Design & Build Design Team on this major project which will create a fantastic new location for Wokingham town centre. There will be new shops and restaurants, an Everyman 3 screen boutique cinema, Aldi, Premier Inn, and new homes all focussed around a fantastic landscaped town centre park with a destination play area and lots of space for events. Work on the Elms Field town centre regeneration is expected to complete in phases, with the first phase, including the completion of the Aldi store and new Premier Inn being complete by the end of 2019, with other works carrying on through to 2020.
