Green Pastures Church – Gateway Project

The Gateway project is a public-private partnership which will develop a 97 acre site adjacent to the Seven Towers roundabout, providing training, social intervention services, social housing, a church, a motor village and food retail outlets.

Delap & Waller were appointed to provide M&E Services Design for all phases of the development along with a site wide Energy and Sustainability Strategy and Solar Study for The Gateway Masterplan.

The initial phase involved the construction of a two storey 11,779m2 church building complete with site-works, drainage and landscaping works. The works also included the completion of the wearing courses to roads, footpaths and car parks.

M&E Services included Gas powered LPHW underfloor heating, ventilation via air handling units, refrigerant heat pumps for comfort cooling, energy efficient lighting with energy management system, high quality PA and sound systems.
