Located at Shore Commercial Park, Belfast Road, the latest food store from M&S offers thousands of food products in a new 7,000 sq ft development in Carrickfergus.

The store also boasts a wine shop as well as an in-store bakery with a selection of fresh breads and pastries baked throughout the day.

Delap & Waller’s involvement was from the shell development through to fit-out and completion thus providing continuity in design of the store as services requirements were designed from an early stage.

Responsibilities covered by our appointment included Mechanical & Electrical services and Specialist services, including Security Services, IT Data Design and Lighting Design.
