Marks & Spencer Ravenhead

Delap & Waller was appointed to provide M&E Engineering Consultancy to deliver a new retail store at Ravenhead Retail Park in St Helens. M&S moved from their old town centre store to create this exciting new store with all the features of a modern retail experience.

This 40,000 sq ft store now features M&S Clothing, Homeware, Foodhall and a 64 seat M&S Café located on the mezzanine floor.

Our involvement was from the shell development through to fit-out and completion thus providing continuity in design of the store as services requirements were designed from an early stage.

Key aspects of the design involved innovative lighting for all the different departments and HVAC to ensure the environmental conditions met the clients expectations.
