Northland Road – Derry

Delap & Waller were appointed as M&E Design Engineers for this project led by Heron Brothers, which involved the construction of a new commercial office building in the heart of the commercial area of Derry. The overall project also entailed site works, drainage and landscaping around the buildings.
The building space is made up of open plan offices finished to Cat A standard, including Meeting spaces, public and staff welfare areas.
Building services designed included:

• New natural gas supply pipework
• Heat recovery Air Handling Units
• Refrigerant Heat Pumps for comfort cooling
• Building Management System
• Energy efficient lighting with presence detection
• CAT6 LSOH cabling infrastructure
