Primark Milton Keynes

This new Primark Store, which is an extension of the former BHS store on Silbury Arcade, opened in April 2019. It is the largest new store to open in centre in the last 25 years. Covering 75,000 sq ft, the store showcases the entire Primark range. Delap & Waller were appointed by Primark as Engineering Consultants to oversee the M&E services design as carried out by the Design & Build contractor.

Design Stage Duties included Provision of Concept Designs & Performance Specifications and Liaison with Primark’s Energy/Utilities division to ensure the incoming power and telecoms were delivered to the design requirements and the programmed dates.
Construction Stage Duties included checking quality, compliance and progress of installations, regular reporting of findings to Primark and verifying the commissioning of all service systems.
