Primark Tamworth

This new store, opened in April 2021, spans over 36,400 square feet of retail space over two floors and complete with womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, accessories, beauty and home. Delap & Waller were appointed by Primark as Engineering Consultants to oversee the M&E services design as carried out by the Design & Build contractor.

Design Stage Duties included Provision of Concept Designs & Performance Specifications and Liaison with Primark’s Energy/Utilities division to ensure the incoming power and telecoms were delivered to the design requirements and the programmed dates.
Construction Stage Duties included checking quality, compliance and progress of installations, regular reporting of findings to Primark and verifying the commissioning of all service systems.
