Residential development of 50 No social dwellings located in Ballina, Co Mayo, offering two, three and four bedroom homes and one special needs home, all in landscaped grounds. 

Delap & Waller’s appointment was for the provision of full M&E Engineering Services in accordance with the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) procedures, including the implementation of the Client’s sustainability and environmental objectives for the project, which included compliance with the NZEB standard. 

These dwellings achieved A2 BER ratings thanks to sustainable design elements, including A+ rated air source heat pumps, demand controlled ventilation, and LED lighting throughout.
