The scale of the site makes this one of the significant waterfront regeneration opportunities in a major European city today. Occupying 75 hectares of land that was formerly part of the Harland & Wolff Shipyard in Belfast. Delap & Waller were appointed M&E Building Services Engineers for the site infrastructure and utility masterplan of this site. The completed area consists of over 450 apartments stepping in scale from six floors up to ten, then ten to thirty floor, all set on a ‘green’ podium over two levels of underground car parking and in a marina setting with restaurant, shops and leisure facilities. The site also contains the world renowned Titanic Visitor Centre, along with Government offices and high quality commercial office accommodation.
