Delap & Waller were appointed to this project in 2019 to assist M&E Engineers, Promec, by offering our expertise to the on-site stage of this exciting new development in Belfast.

In our role as local M&E Engineers our services include technical support to Promec regarding M&E design issues, dealing with RFIs and technical queries, and attending site for technical and progress meetings.

Delap & Waller have vast experience in the education sector.  Providing M&E consultant services to both Client side representatives and D&B contractors.

We work closely with reputable contractors completing projects using conventional build techniques and modern methods of construction.

We have completed numerous designs for schools on the DfE framework and we accustomed to working to the Education Funding Agency baseline and bespoke design solutions.
