This development entails the provision of 211 apart- ments in four six-storey blocks (Block J, K, L and M), comprising of 10 studio units, 68 1-bed units and 133 2-bed units above a basement. 

The project included the development of the public open space area to the apartments, which serve both the residential units at Windmill. The develop- ment includes landscaped communal courtyards, ancillary car and cycle parking and lifts access to the basement below. The internal layout of the base- ment, located below the apartments, is designed to accommodate cars, cycle parking and bin storage areas for the development.

  • M&E Input into Green Build Advisory Report
  • Coordination of specific requirements for Data
