Woodbrook Development, Shankill

Woodbrook is a landmark new residential development of houses, apartments and duplex homes in Shankill, Dublin 18.

The development is situated beside Shanganagh Park & Woodbrook Golf Club and is entered off the Old Dublin Road, just south of Shankill village. As part of the masterplan for Woodbrook, a new DART station will be constructed within the development along with a school, creche and neighbourhood centre. Woodbrook is very close to a host of amenities, from the mountains to the sea, with nearby beaches at Shankill, Bray and Killiney. The first phase of the development will comprise a range of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom family houses.
