Michael is Joint Managing Director of Delap & Waller.

He has over 30 years’ experience in the Building Services Industry and has been with Delap & Waller Ltd driving force for 24 years. He has led many of D&W’s major projects in ROI, London and Eastern Europe. Particular skills include Master Planning, site infrastructure and budget costing. Fully committed to the principles of environmental sustainability.

Michael is a dynamic Chartered Mechanical Engineer with experience in delivering complex technical projects across a diverse range of sectors. Michael recognises the growing importance of the environmental engineer in design, procurement and construction, not only in engineering but in the wider design/construction process and seeks to employ these principles on all projects.
