St James Hospital Cath Lab, Dublin

Delap & Waller were appointed as the M&E Services consultant on this project. This is one of the projects we have been involved with in relation to the Reconfiguration of Cardiology Department and Expansion masterplan which commenced in 2021.

This latest Cath Lab project comprises of 5 phased upgrades. Phase 1-4 is near completion and comprises of the Recovery Area, Administration areas and Staff/Medical facilities.

We have also been involved with the design and inspection of M&E specialist systems such as:
-LV Switchgear
-IPS
-UPS
-Static Invertor
-Medical Isolation
-Nurse Call
-Fire Damper
– Large AHU systems

We look forward to co-ordinating and completing the design for Phase 5 of this project, which involves the construction and fit out of a new Cath Lab.
