SSE Arena

The project consisted of the refurbishment of the ground and first floor pavilion entrance with the reconfiguration of the administration to the new bar and standing areas and reconfiguration of the serving areas. The new space was designed to change with the needs of the audience, in line with the varied programme of events hosted by the Arena. i.e. Sports Bar on Ice Hockey game nights with screens showing live footage of the game. A stage is installed for comedy events and concerts for pre and post show performances and appearances. Delap & Waller provided full Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Sustainability services. As part of the The Odessey, Belfast redevelopment to make it the number one leisure destination for families in Northern Ireland.
