Mixed Use Development – Botley, West Oxford

Development of 150 No Apartments with 7 No Retail Units on ground floor, designed to reinvigorate the local centre’s character and surrounding area. 

Delap & Waller were appointed as MEP Engineers to provide designs and specifications for Block A, including design work on landlord areas, core, and communal are- as. The appointment also includes shell services for the retail units, along with site services and incoming utilities. 

Sustainability services included Overheating analysis, Embodied carbon analysis, Part L Compliance. Also residential SAPs and EPCs, along with Shell & Core SBEMs and EPCs for the Retail units. 

D&W services include BIM Level 2 and Clash Detection for full coordination with the wider design team, utilized using Navisworks to reach a full design in a 3D environment.
