Redevelopment of existing properties to provide a mixed-use scheme in Cricklewood Broadway and Has- sop Road, consisting of: 157 No. shared living units, 8 No. apartments, shared workspace, 33 No. communal living areas, retail units, light industrial units, and associated site works.

Delap & Waller have been appointed to provide MEP and Sustainability Consultancy Services for this impressive scheme, providing our expertise to help deliver:

•  Development of Energy Plan and M&E Strategy.
• Sustainable Design, including Thermal Modelling and SBEM/SAP.
• Energy efficient elements, including internal and external lighting, ventilation systems, renewable technologies, low and zero carbon technologies.
• BIM design collaboration using the design and construction team CDE.
