Premier Inn Elms Field

Delap & Waller were appointed as M&E Services Engineers, working with the Design & Build Design Team on this new Premier Inn hotel, as part of a major project which has created a fantastic new location for Wokingham town centre. The new hotel, along with in-house Thyme restaurant was designed and built in line with Premier Inn’s latest specifications, offering a high class facility for all visitors to the historic town of Wokingham. Work on the Elms Field town centre regeneration completed in phases, with the first phase, including the completion of the Aldi store and new Premier Inn completed by the end of 2019.
